Wildfire’s Popular UV Long Throws And Fluorescent Fixtures Are Available For Rental—To All The Remote Corners Of The World!

Wherever your production takes you, Wildfire's UV fixtures can meet you there. The UV lighting fixture models shown below are available for short- or long-term rental at the rates listed, plus shipping costs. (Shipping is available to just about anywhere in the world.)

All equipment is rented on a first come, first served basis, so please make your reservations in advance. See below for a description of our terms. To schedule a rental, please call (310) 755-6780 M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm PST.

Rental Period
The minimum rental period is one day. Rentals picked up on Friday and returned on Monday by 10:30am are considered one-day rentals.

Need it longer? Rent for one week and pay the equivalent of just three days. For monthly rentals, you pay the equivalent of just three weeks. Or to put it another way, it’s the same as paying for only nine days of rental, and getting over 20 days free.

Rental Extensions
We understand that factors beyond your control can cause a delay in production. So if you need to extend your rental period for any reason, just notify us at least a day before your scheduled return. We’ll extend your rental agreement without any hassle.

Discounts
We offer a 20% discount to non-profit organizations such as schools, churches, and hospitals who have a valid tax exemption certificate. Students with a valid student ID will also get 20% off our normal rental rates.

Terms
Payment in full—for the entire rental term plus deposit—must be made prior to delivery, or at the time of pick up.

Taxes
All rentals picked up or delivered in California are subject to 8.25% California sales tax.

Certificate Of Insurance
All renters must provide Wildfire with a certificate of insurance listing Wildfire, Inc. as loss payee, in the event of loss or damage, for the full value of the fixtures rented.
