WILDFIRE, INC. INTRODUCES LONG-THROW DIGITAL UV LIGHTING
LOS ANGELES – October 15, 2004 – Wildfire, Inc. of Los Angeles,
California will introduce its new Long-Throw Digital Series UV lighting
fixtures at the Lighting Dimensions show (LDI) this month in Las Vegas,
Nevada.
New features will include: state-of-the-art, digital DMX control with
four user selectable modes, visual indication for loss of DMX signal or
invalid DMX data, bad or burned lamp as well as end of lamp life. The
Long-Throw Digital series will be available initially in five models including
a 250-watt Flood, Wide Spot, Spot and 400-watt Flood and Spot/Flood configurations.
Standard on each with the exception of the 120V, 400-watt models, will
be lightweight electronic ballasting that runs 70% cooler than magnetic
with 10% greater energy efficiency and features 100% flicker and noise-free
operation, lamp failure shutdown, high temperature shutdown and hot re-strike
prevention.
“What differentiates this product line from previous models,”
said John Berardi, Vice President of Wildfire, “is its increased
flexibility, enabling seamless integration into new or existing intelligent
lighting systems.”
The Long-Throw Digital Series products will be on display at Wildfire’s
Booth #2528, on October 22nd through 24th at the Sands Expo and Convention
Center. Product is scheduled to reach the market by late December 2004.
